Hazelwood Cabelas

I saw that Cabelas is coming ot Hazelwood, Missouri and it's going to be 1.1 million square feet!!:eek: It says on the website that it will open fall of '06. Does anybody know the exact date of when this will be open?

I've got their "official" Grand Opening Festivities scheduled for December 8-10.

Hunter, it was supposed to be open in December, but I've heard it has been pushed back some. This isn't first hand info, but when I drove by it a month ago, I'd say they would struggle trying to get it open by December. I have heard Spring '07.

I would say by the looks of things,April or May in time for a big spring turkey and fishing event,as they are gonna miss the complete waterfowl/deer season with all the set backs going on.Hope to see some calling contest next year there.

I look for it to be later in 2007. Rumor mill had it that some utilities that had to be moved before construction could start. Thats what delayed the start of construction.

Sorry about that Hunter. The Hazlewood Grand Opening has been pushed back until 2007...no exact date given as of yet.
