What part of Wy did you hunt? I'm guessing you were in the Pacific Flyway because the Central doesn't open until next weekend. It almost looks like around Casper from your last picture.

We did have a fantastic hunt, first year hunting up there and i got hooked up on some fantastic land by generous landowners, and as you can see got some great decoying and we even dropped a duck or two.

Drew are you Greenhead slayer on the DWR forum? and if so, how's that Eastern shoreman express coming?

Yes that would be me. The shoreman sounds a lot better than the last time you heard me on it, but I am still far from good, lol.

You bet. I am stoked. I drew out on a LE elk tag that starts the 4th, I sure as heck hope I have my bull by the 7th. Been counting down to long to miss the opener. How about you?

yeh im ready for the 7th but im pretty sure we will be hunting idaho for the opener. You going to be hunting your families land up there in corinne?

Great pictures. But, just how many ducks are you allowed to kill out West? Super hunt looks like!

out here you get 7 per day, 14 in possession, we had 4 shooters.

I'm headed to Two Bear. Its by mirror lake sort of. Yeah I will probably be hunting up west of Brigham. They just got the Core of Engineers or whatever to approve it so that was good. Does Idaho open the same day? We will have to go kill some birds this year.

yes this year idaho does open up the same day as utah, which sucks, its always nice to get different openers so that we can get a good start to the season in both states.

For sure on the killing some birds this year, although i would recomend keeping that property you have to yourself as much as possible, i have seen too many good hunting spots get ruined by showing a few people that you thought would keep it quiet.
