I have attached a link to the USDA's website announcing a new CRP program aimed at saving 100,000 acres of habitat for nesting ducks. Enrollment is limited to land in the Prairie Pothole Region encompassing parts of Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
You guys in the affected areas spread the word.

If you are not familar with CRP or the Conservation Reserve Program it pays landowners to take land out of production providing habitat for all kinds of wildlife, improve ground water and slow runoff.
