KY Opening Weekend

My son Jeff Jr. and myself went out for the first time as a father / son hunting combo. Passing on the tradition and watching my son get his first duck was great. The birds were few and far between,but all it took was one.

Needless to say he now has a serious case of "bird flu".

First time father and son combo and accompanying your son when bagging his first duck is awesome. My son caught that bird flu 2 years ago and the symptoms get stronger every season. Congratulations and hope you have a great season.

thats great! some times you dont need alot of birds to have a memorable hunt, that first duck will be in his memories the rest of his days! its a great thing when you can take a young person out and introduce them to the great outdoors and what it has to offer!
