Im trying to decide which layout blind i should get. Right now cableas has the foiles blind for 129.99 and the power hunter for 124.99 not much differnce. But i was think that the foiles would be easier to get out of quicker than the hunter because of the hood.
What do you think?

I think when you look at over all construction, you will like the Power Hunter better.

If you want maximum concealment go with the PowerHunter. Not only can you hide in little to no cover but it is also very comfortable. Almost every hunt I take a little nap before the birds start flying. I would definitely go with the PowerHunter.

If you are thinking you will be slow to shoot from a Powerhunter, you need to test drive one. I love my Powerhunter. It is VERY quick for shooting out of. What I do is lay my gun across my lap, quartered down range in a safe direction. With one hand on the lid, and the other on the grip of the gun, I sit up, throwing the lid out of the way. Don't worry about the lid falling back on you, it just isnt going to happen. This is a very quick action, and the field of view while remaining hidden is second to none.
Plus, set up and take down is painless. If it takes longer than 15 seconds to fold it up, you aren't trying very hard!

Powerhunter is the ONLY way to go. I love mine. I own 2 finishers that I have hunted from 1 time beacuase I cant give up my PH. I love it. I have though been wanting to try the the new ground force blinds.

I would order your PH from Tim.....@ TraderOutdoors.com , he'll fix you right up. Check on his website first, to see if he has them in stock....I'm sure he does.
They are actually slightly cheaper from Tim as well.

There is no doubt that I would go with the Power Hunter. I was hunting out of a Ground Force and the other guys were hunting out of the Power Hunters and they were usually quicker on the first shot than I was. I usually hunt from a Power Hunter unless it is going to be an all day hunt or the weather is bad and then I hunt from a Ground Force or Finisher. I would definitely not worry about the construction or the quickness of the shots from the Power Hunter. I know you will be happy with this blind.

I have both, and I'm not trying to butter anybodies "arse" regarding this, but go with the PH. I have no alliance with AVERY or GHG - although based on volume of product I should !!!
I have Finishers, PH's, Ground Forces, and I decided to try a FA product to see if I liked it. It is not a bad blind, but it has some weaknesses by comparison. The one thing that I do like about their blinds is that the interior colors are khaki, but overall I would not buy another of their blinds for right now.
I can hunt out of any blind I want in my arsenal, and I will usually allow some one else the luxury of the Ground Force, and I will almost always take a PH. I'm usually calling the shot, so the 270deg view is nice for that.
PH, you won't be sorry.

I think the best thing to do is go "test drive" both models in a store and see which one you like best.
But having said that, the Power Hunter is one great blind, it combines low profile, 360 field of view, and easy carrying too. I purchased two last year, one for me and one for my dad, and we love them. Being able to call and move your hands/head around and not have to worry about flaring birds is great. Flipping the fliptop up and shooting is not slow either, like others say, have one hand on your gun the other on the fliptop. The blind can blend into any surroundings such as bean fields and chiseld corn fields too.
I have also found with the Power Hunter you have more time to shot the birds too since you will be getting them feet down in the decoys :)

I have hunted out of both, and I will say the powerhunter is a much better blind by far.
The Foiles blind is not as durale and not comforitable at all,
Stick with the power hunter you wont regret it
