Will the snow covers on a finisher allow you to get concealed on the ice? How long does it take to install em? thanks

They take less than a minute to install. I don't know if they will conceal you on ice or not. It would depend on the color of the ice. I have seen deep dark ice that I know won't work. If the ice is that thick white ice, you should be fine.

If you use the Snow Cover, I would also use the FB decoys around your blind to help conceal you even better.

So, how does one conceal himself on the ice?

I have used Snow Covers on the ice when setting big ice spreads and they seem to work just fine.

Snow covers and decoys packed around the blinds should do the trick. It is a tricky situation to hunt, but it can be done.
