August's First Hunt

I got a phone call from Pro-Staffer Kyle Scott telling me to get over to MO Thanksgiving night to get into some geese for the following Friday and Saturday. I figured I would take August for his first hunt. He performed without a flaw!!!! He was kind of intimidated by the size at first, but that soon went away. Here a few pics of August doing his what he loves. Nine guys, 18 geese, 12 water retrieves for the dog....

Thanks for the posts guys. Exactly which park were you hunting there and was the flag waving above you helping to decoy the birds. Just kidding. I am sure you and your dog will have many, many more great hunts together if this one was his first.

Thanks guys!! Trust me...we were 100% legal. They open the lake up to hunting during goose season. I take it they don't like them there too much.
