Season's Over

[Ellis Poling]

Well, our goose hunt last Saturday marked the end of our 2006 waterfowl season. And, looking back on it, I can honestly say it was the best season I have ever had. We got to go to some great spots, hunt with some great people, and make tons of memories that will last a lifetime. Highlight of the season, heading down to NE to hunt with a good friend Jake Latendresse. Thanks again Jake for having us down. It was great.

This was the greatest bird of the year. That is my younger bro, Henry, with his first ever duck! It was a nice one.

We were in the panhandle, near Ogadalla (I think that is how you spell it). It was awesome.
