Awesome post, Ramsey told me the band story but never said anything about the Eurasian widgeon. I saw one at deal island 10 years ago and would give up my left toe too get one of those on the east coast.

Congrats on the Eurasian widgeon. I have yet to ever see one in Minnesota. Now for the taxidermist I just do a little swapping with my taxidermist. I put a window in his shop for 3 duck mounts, worked for me. I would love to shoot a Eurasian widgeon for the wall. Someday:D

I have seen one of those Eurasian Widgeon in Hampton just the other day.
I am not sure where you hunted but it didn't get good here in SE VA untill the last day. Just so happened I went to a hunting preserve to go pheasant huting that day.:o So I missed out.:mad: Congrats on a great season, Shayne.

man that a beutyful wigeon there man. Thats one of my dream ducks there. Im hoping one of them or a flock will follow some of are wigeons down here so I can get one for the wall to. you had awsome year on banded ducks and yep i would be puting lot of those ducks on the wall to and adding that big bill up to. nice going hope to see all of the pic of them ducks when you get them back. Mostly that wigeon there. nice going.
