Here's a picture of a spread my friends and I were using at a public lake during the begging of the season when there were ducks. We killed 11 ducks over this spread. We were running 36 duck decoys a mojo and a dozen goose decoys (some decoys not pictured)
What do you think? Any tips or suggestions?

If you want the birds to land right in the spread, you should take the decoys on the right side of the mojo and push 'em down another 10-15 yards. That will give you a nice pocket were the birds can come into.

Here is a picture of the left half of our spread. We are the the bank looking East. When we have a North wind here which we had this day we will set up our landing hole into the wind. This isnt as big of a spread as we usually run and this picture is only showing you the kill hole side, but we usually run with this side wind, a nice thick backside here, goose floaters on the tip to act as a stopper for the ducks, and run a shoreline spread infront of the blind and running down about 20-30 yards to the right. We keep all of our decoys in a real relaxed state. We hunt on public grounds that boarder refuges and the lakes we hunt are trading areas from the refuge to the loafing areas. Hope this helps

You already got it, it sounds like. Open that up in the middle and make sure the Mojo is upwind and you'll be in great shape.

You are so lucky to use a MoJo. I wish that Arkansas would let us use them again.!!! This year we were putting about 2 dozen close to the edge or the water and another dozen about 10 years out in the water and it worked better than anyother thing we tried.

I can already see the ducks cupped wings in your spread!

RB, look again at the pic and you'll see it's right according to the way Brett described he was looking and the wind direction.

looks pretty good. the first pic i would make a landing zone by teh lucky duck and that will help you out. the other pic look good to. You might want to put your geese a way from the ducks a little bit. I know that what we have to do it get the ducks to come in some days. nice spread. You all so can try a j spread with the the line going down the bank and the hook part up wind and that seems to work for us pretty good.try that nexk time.

I would say if you shot 11 ducks you didn't have it to bad. More relaxed would make it alittle better.
