Decided to close out the season with my good friend fellow member Lee Leichty, his son Dillon and Dillon's friend Jeffery. Lee and I thought we would take the boys for one last shoot and we had originally hoped to maybe get them some shots at some honkers. So we went to a island that is well noted for geese and an occasional duck. Well the geese decided to snub us but the ducks were eating my FFD full body Canada goose decoys up!! We missed a lot of opportunities for some shots but the boys had a good time and Lee and I enjoyed ourselves. And of course the boys claim they killed most of the ducks. Dillon did make a great shot on a bufflehead hen that bombed the goose floaters. He was proud of him self. Didn't have the big numbers of kills but we had a good time.
