Walt I am the co-chairman of the Russellville chapter of Delta Waterfowl and I will help you out any way I can. Have you contacted the regional director Corey Dunn? If not he could be the best help and info guy you can get. Let me know if I can be of any help to you. Good to see Delta spreading out throughout the state.
