Needed some parts to a finisher blind that I bought from an individual. Called customer service and talked to Mr. Chris and he took great care of me. This is only the second time in 4 years that I have had to deal with Avery's Customer service and it has been asbolutely phenomenal both times. Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to you guys and show some appreciation.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. The people in Customer Service don't get to hear a lot of it. They are the ones that handle issues every day. Positive comments are not usually given out.
