I was out doing alittle after season scouting today before work and with everything frozen and mostly covered with snow, the geese are on rivers feeding off the buttom.
This got me thinking, GHG I believe doesn't have a goose feeding floater and not many companies too I think. They could be LifeSize Feeding Goose Floaters and with Fred's detail and others cravers, I think they would be sweet.
What do you guys think?

Yes it a great idea...and has been talked about already. It maybe in the works for this or possibly next year.

Are you talking about a goose butt or a surface feeder (with head!)? I have been thinking about getting the Avery life-size goose decoys but wanted the feeder heads like my Carrylite aquavac decoys have. I will probably stick with my carrylites until GHG gets more diverse head positions for the life-size goose decoys. I have extra heads and switch out the heads depending upon the hunting situation. It would not be hard for GHG just to add different heads that can be purchased an an accessory item.

We have been thinking about doing a goose butt for some time. I have not seen anything on the drawing board for this year. The more requests we get the closer it gets to the top of the list.

Thanks,

I have had a few people ask me about it, but not as many as other styles. You never know what could move up the list.

I agree, and maybe with flocked tails too so they really stand out.

Yup, I am talking about a good old Goose Butt

Nothing like a nice A** sticking up to attach the geese.

Hopefully they will move up the list of decoys to develop. You guys will have to tell Fred in has to cut down on the days spend hunting, haha.

Goose butts and stretch neck surface feeder heads would be great additions to the LS Canada floaters. They are exactly what I'm looking to add to the spread.
