Guys, I hope you can help me here and clarify this. I heard some disturbing news today, while at the NWTF convention in Nashville. I heard from an industry rep, not naming names, that said that Natgear was going out of business. I hope this isn't true, as I love the camo and hope to get more in the future. Again, this could be just a nasty rumor, but I did hear this and just wanted to get some clarification, if possible.

I seriously doubt it. I was on the phone with them this week earlier and they said they were changing some styles of clothes (not the camo but the design of the clothing) so I really doubt it.

Chris,
I can clarify the "News" with certainty. Natural Gear is enjoying its best year in the history of the company. It is in no small part because of great partners like Avery Outdoors, and the support you have given us in the last year. We look forward to building our relationship, and continuing to improve our products. Our customer, the serious hunter, has endorsed our patterns, and the addition of Avery products enabled the serious waterfowler to give us a try. It worked! Thank you for your help. We intend to be around for a long time. Although there are no guarantees, all indicators show we will be.

That is great news. I was seriously doubting what I was hearing that day, but with as cutthroat as business can be, you can never guarantee anything, so I thought I would ask. Thanks Mr. Sykes.
