It’s Goin’ Public

With the first Trainin’ in the Timber session completed the guys from Avery’s Team WaterDog have decided to go public. Spectators (no dogs) are invited to attend the daytime activities where you’ll enjoy watching three of the finest trainers in the country help 12 handlers and their dogs take their performance to the next level.

Daytime activities will include seminars, training sessions, retriever evaluations and possibly some good natured competition. Of special note, on Saturday between 11:45am and 1:00 pm Danny Farmer will be at Mack’s Prairie Wings signing his new training DVD Problems and Solutions.

When: April 27 through April 29

Who: Rody Best, Danny Farmer and Dan Heard

Where: Mack’s Prairie Wings-Stuttgart, AR

What: Retriever Training with Avery’s Team WaterDog

Details: 12 handlers and their dogs chosen to train with three Team WaterDog Members. Spectators (no dogs) are encouraged to attend the daytime activities. Meals and lodging are not open to the public.

2:00-5:00 pm “Retriever Evaluations” by Team WaterDog
6:00-7:30 pm Training Recap at the Avery Lodge in Casscoe, AR
7:30 pm Dinner and Lodging at Avery Lodge

Saturday
6:00 am Breakfast at Avery Lodge
7:00-11:30 am Break Out Training
11:45 am-1:00 pm Video signing by Danny Farmer of his new training DVD Problems and Solutions at Mack’s Prairie Wings
12:00 pm Lunch at Mack’s Prairie Wings
12:30 pm Team WaterDog Seminar
1:00-3:00 pm Break Out Training
4:30-6:00 pm Break Out Training
6:30-8:00 pm Training Recap at the Avery Lodge
8:00 pm Dinner and Lodging

Sunday
6:00 am Breakfast at Avery Lodge
7:00-11:00 am Group Training on Land Marks, Water Marks and Blinds
12:00 pm Departure
