is there any one at customer service that anwer the phones or is it just leave your name ans number...i dont want to bash them here but i have been trying to get my power hunter cover for like 3 months and I phone every week and can never get any one...and with me never being at home it would be hard for them to reach me if they did try to.any one have any other phone numbers or suggestions thanks

What day and time are you calling? Customer service is fully staffed from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. I have never not been able to get a hold of somebody at that time.

I Call at all times between 8 and 5 but i always get please leave your name and number? im calling earlier tommorro,..i wont email because i have to use a credit card to order and i wont send that over email.

Call 1-800-333-5119.
Central Time between 8-5pm M-F.

They are always there and I call this number 10 times a day and never do I not get through.

I don't know that it is that unbelievable. Maybe you just have bad luck and happen to call when they are all on the phone. If you can't leave a message and can't email because of a credit card, I'm not sure there is much that we can do. Maybe you can email chriss@averyoutdoors.com and get some dialog going with him. That way you all could get together on a time that you are going to call.

i must have had bad luck because before i had no trouble getting through before christmas...but honestly i could not get through for ever ..just always got a recording..but i callled yesterday and of course customer service was there but in a meeting ...i did manage to call back later and get someone..so now i am relieved
