I am from qc, canada and have to tell you that your decoys are really hard to find on shelfs around here!!!! Hope that cabela's retail store opens soon in montreal.... I have a few questions that were probably answered in the past but i can not find the answers.. Is ghg going to put a black duck version of the hot buy decoy on the market? same for the shells and the life size version? We hunt a lot for black ducks on the st-lawrence river and that would be awesome for us....what about a Life size version of golden eyes? Thank's for your time and be safe... Erick Grandbois:)

No, no, no, no, and no....LMAO.
You guys have a couple of choices up there. I'll list them when I get the site links.
OBTW...J/K with all the no's.
Good luck.

We do have some things in the works, but I do not see any of them being done in the near future. The Hot Buy line-up is meant to be a volume decoy line. I just don't know that there would be enough volume to produce Black Ducks from it.

Feel free to let us know what you think.

Thanks,

I am sorry i do not understand your message Mr goosehunter64!!!! I am new to this and do not get what you means with the abreviations. hope you can explain a little. Thank's for your reply Mr frisch and it's good to see a cie representative giving good and fast service even if it's by internet... i will be looking for news often so i can complete my set up by next fall. I am taking a 6 month leave starting in june just to concentrate on my hunting and fishing so it's going to be serious business this year. GHG and avery are the reference in my mind when it's time to get equipement for waterfowl hunting.Your products have been a revolution for the sport and you have a great ambassador in myself around here . Erick,

Thanks for the comments and welcome to the message board. I don't know of any Black Duck Hot Buy's in the works because of the reason Rick stated but anything is possible. Again thanks for checking in and we hope you visit often!

I think, the hot buy blacks...would be a huge seller. You are talking thousands of customers...from all along the east coast.....to Illinois..and maybe a wee bit west of this state.
Yes...size does sell, but think of the less economic guys....that may not be able to swing for a couple doz O/S blacks.
JMHO.

Erick, you can call LAuzon Chasse et Pêche in Ile Perrot, just west of Montreal, I was there yesterday and Lance (the owner) has a ton of Avery GHG stuff in store, I'm sure he can help you out, and he's a GREAT person to deal with. 514-453-5018.

Thats a very tall endorsement -however "best prices in Canada" I dont think so. I checked their prices and you will note it says shipping and taxes extra.
Canadian Waterfowl Proshops in the west or Dux-N-Dogs here in the East can fill the order certainly for no more -maybe even for a little less. Heck I dont mind people telling others about any particular store and the great prices and services they recieved, just dont tell me they are the best in Canada:rolleyes:

Bienvenue to the Avery Message Board Erick! Looks like there are more choices available in Canada then in past years. Kudos and thanks to all our dealers and Pro-Staffers in Canada for their help in enlarging our network in the Provinces.
