Can you elaborate on how you plan to use it in your layout boat? I'm intrigued.

is all i am really interested in is the frame, backrest and lid. i am going to make a cover that fits over the opening of the boat up to the lid and presto powerhunter layout boat.

I thought about using one on my marshrat, but I think the back openning door would interfere with motor operation. Paddling would be fine, but the short wide 'rat doesn't paddle the easiest.

I have called Avery and had them send parts directly from the shop. If you called them and let them know what you needed they might send you a frame from the shop. maybe?
