Yes it is, Fred Zink said it could be used for this and modify it for promotion of the waterfowl hunter parties. It is a great clip.

If you notice on the event link there is going to be an event on 08-25-07 at the Watson Hunting Camp near the LQP refuge. I will be helping out with the event and hope to see some of you there.
