I dont know I'd say its more of a merganser crossed with an alligator but thats just my two cent! :D

I would have to go with mallard/teridactile (spelling?). You might need a canon instead of that shotgun though.:)

I have heard rumors that a few of these buggers escaped from Mrs. Leeds backyard, but for those that encountered them in the swamps of NJ - never lived to speak about them. That does appear to be a drake, so I would shoot first and ask questions later.
