I think those are Black Ibis.

They are probably glossy or white-faced ibis - where was the picture taken?

i just looked glossy and white faced ibis up on google images. im 99 percent sure they're white faced ibis

They are Glossy Ibis, the pic was taken in RI.

Back in my photo library from 2003 - I dug this photo out - Guess what? I believe to be the same bird! These taken in New Jersey.
