I saw that episode as well. Never hunted from a layout boat yet......but that'll hopefully change this year. Looked like it got purty cold out there, at one point I could've sworn I saw Freddie shiverin a little bit in the layout boat....until the birds came that is :)

That really was quite the trip with lots of memories, laughs and good times. I also remember that you travelled all the way from the east coast and shot a black duck on the prairies of Saskatchewan. Maybe Travis will take us again sometime.

I gunned with Travis (the Arian Lady Killa ) --- along with Fred and Crew in Sask. last October... Hey my hand and camera made a cameo appearance on the latest Zink Vid... :)



It looks like I'm working on another story this fall there again... we'll see.... Love that area, great folks, great gunning!!

I'll be landing in my favorite airport REGINA....!!

(and no it does not rhyme with anything else, damit!!)

I was pleased to see that kind of hunting since we do it in quebec,canada. Black ducks are so hard to bring over the decoys!!!! we always go for 1 or 2 trips with all the gear in eastern qc to get the sea ducks (eiders, etc)on the st-lawrence gulf,always a blast and good shooting. I do not know how to ^put pics on the forum so if someone can help me i will show you how we hunt with a "sinkbox" Thank's for the help Erick
