Is GHG considering the possibility of making a goose feeder butt? I think it would be a great addition to the line up. I know a different company makes them but I haven't had great luck with the paint on them.

It has been tossed around the table, but nothing has been decided yet. I personally think you will see it shortly. Hopefully in 2008.

I'm sure we will be running a poll shortly on what the board members would like to see for next season.

I would definitely get a couple if GHG made them.

I know that there is a market for those decoys out there, but we have to decide if it is a good move for us. I would be surprised if we see them in the next couple of years.

I saw "goose butt feeders" and thought Bailey was complaining again about the meals I serve him in the blind.

Considering the decoy... I'd take a doz tomorrow if they were made.

I can tell you that driving across the Hugenot Bridge in Richmond, VA each morning that the thing most apparent is a bunch of goose hind ends glaring white. You can pick them out from far away up river. It's after that when you see the rest of the flock on the water.

I would say go for it.

I would like to see GHG make some but I've already got a few of the CarryLites and their pretty nice. Haven't had any paint issues at all. If you're looking for some now then I would recommend them for sure.

that's a good point.... I have 4 of the carrylites.... the suggestions are only if GHG / Avery want more market share.

I would like to see a surface feeder head that could be added onto the existing line of decoys the same as the sleeper heads.

I'll take a few of those Feeder Butts as well.

Clayton take a feeder head (TRUE FEEDER) and you can get that look. I had lost a floater head one day and had an extra feeder head. Not the best fit but it worked in a pinch.

Great idea Scott. Was that on the life-size or over-size floaters? Got your early season spot picked out yet?
