I love to tinker with things just to try and make good products a little better. A couple of things I am thinking about doing is adding a piece of pipe insulation to the support bar under the backrest, and also adding a little more cushion on the bottom portion of the seat with something like a gardeners knee pad. Just for those 2 hr. hunts that turn into 6 hrs. One big improvement for me was lengthening the backpack straps so that I can where them loose over any clothing I have on, and because I'm not as lean and mean as I used to be HA HA. So if you have done anything to add a little comfort, or to just make life easier please chime in with your ideas.

The only thing that I do is take the bar out of the lid so that the blind is lower profile and even easier to hide.

I'm going to be putting a layer of brown spray paint on my field khaki one as well... but that's it!

I didn't care for the flip up lid. I felt it flared too many birds and I didn't like looking through the mesh so I took the lid off and sewed a couple pieces of camo fabric to close up the opening. The fabric just lays around my head and chest. I also lengthened the slit in the bag so its easier to get in and out of. Now I don't feel trapped in the thing and I can get my gun inside the blind. I put a couple grommets at the end of the lengthened slit and tied it off with some twine so it wouldn't split out any further. In fields this gives me the lowest profile possible. In shallow water I use it with a plastic snow sled inside and a water moccassin around the blind. Alot of modification but it works great.

The Power Hunter is a fine blind but I to have made a few improvements for comfort and convience.
1. Put foam underneath the top bar by my head for alittle more comfort.
2. Put foam (garden knee pad) underneath my butt for more comfort.
3. Used cordura and velcro to cut out "windblockers" to block the wind from coming in from behind your head and on the sides as well. This is the most important improvement I have made, keeping the wind off your back of your head is really nice and makes a huge difference in warmth.
4. I have the ability to attach my mojo remote to the side of the frame using velcro. This way its in easy reach compared to searching for it on my lanyard.
