Maybe some of you have heard of this one, but we absolutely love it. Have four kids and one on the way, they all go nuts when dad makes ducks or geese. Give it a try.

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Dry cooking Sherry
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Minced Dry Onions
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Garlic Salt
Pepper to desire
I also add some other seasonings from the kitchen to spice it up.

Cut the meat into 1/4" thick strips, I also tenderize them after, let soak for 4-6 hours, wrap in bacon, and put on grille. I make sure that I do a good job of cutting the tendons, etc. of the meat, seems to help.

Also, has anyone heard of a recipe that involves splitting the breast meat open, after marinading, and adding cream cheese to it, then wrapping in bacon, and putting it on the grille? I'd be curious to give it a try. Thanks.

I just tried it and it turned out fantastic!!!! I did add a few things though. In the marinade I added cajun seasoning then before I wrapped the fillets in bacon I placed a slice of sweet onion, a slice of bell pepper, a slice of jalapeno pepper and some fresh mushroom. After grilling I placed in a sauce pan and simmered in sweet orange marmilade for 15 minutes. Talk about good!!! Made my tongue jump up and slap my tonsils.
