View Full Version : Another good MN duck hunt.

We hunted a pond this morning we knew birds would be flying around. We just weren't sure if they'd cooperate so we decided to put a decently large spread out. A mixture of divers and puddler decoys. First light came and things got crazy. Wigeon everywhere! By 10 am we had 11 wigeon, 2 mallards, 4 teal, and 9 redheads. We are trying the same pond tomorrow so we'll see what that brings.

Wow i see a couple pretty nice wigeon in there, congrats and i cant wait til they get a little more south!

No wonder we don't get any wigeon here. You guys are taking them all....lol. Great job and good luck the rest of the season.
