We just got back from ND, and we had a great weekend. Things were a little slow to start out with, due to the fact that State land was closed to non-resident hunters. But we still managed a few birds. The highlight of the trip was our hunt on Saturday. We set up on a slough that was next to a larger body of water. We decoyed 4 or 5 flocks of 30 or so mallards perfectly. It was a lot of fun. It was the first time we have ever had any thing like it. We also shot a couple of geese, including the smallest goose I have ever seen. It was no bigger than some of the greenheads we shot. And my brother got an awesome pintail that will be going up on our wall. It was a great way to spend the weekend. Here are a couple of pictures from the weekend.

I was wondering the same thing? He is of age, and on a trip with his family, nothing wrong with slammin a cold one if ya ask me! And plus its a grain belt!

He enjoys a cold one now and again. But he always enjoys in moderation. He is good about that. And that was the only one he had at the time.
