Mallard fullbody

I bought a dozen fullbodies last fall. This year I am going to buy a couple more dozen. I have seen they improved the head connection. How do you know when you buy them are you getting last years model or the new ones?

I believe last years model has the new head connection compared to the old style of head connection. I got a harvester pack of mallards last year and mine had the new head connections.

When I talk about the new head connections, I am talking about a connection similiar to bigfoot goose dekes.

is it just me or does it look like the new ones seem to be a little bit brighter than the older ones and the drakes backs are more white.

the newer mallards have more white on the back than the older ones. I personally like the darker ones better, I mihgt dust mine with some black or gray paint. Who was the pro staff that said that they painted the feet on the resters sleepers???

yea the newer ones i got had longer steaks then the ones i bought mabe like 2 years ago. and the steaks have orange topps for the new insted of white.
