Looking for duck/deer outfitter in Missouri

Myself and a few friends are thinking about making a trip next year to Missouri to do some hunt'n. The problem is we've got die hard duck and deer hunters and we're looking for somewhere where both is available and has a good track record for both ducks and deer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
