I just bought a quickset for my boat this summer. I have owned alot of diff. blinds for my boats, and I hope this one is my last. <y question is do any of you use the killer weed on your quickset? I have always just brushed it real good w/ vegitation around my hunting spots but I was thinking about giving this stuff a try this year.

I have used an Avery Quick-Set the last several seasons. I put KillerWeed on my Quick-Set last season. I attached a picture below.

You can zip tie it or use a half hitch knot to put it on. It holds up great going down the highway and even when it gets wet. I have it on my layout boat and my 16 footer. I would recommend the all-terrain kit. Mix the colors together and it is outstanding. Hope this helps. If you look in the pawn section you can see my layout boat for sale and the killer weed on it.

If it does get wet make sure that you unroll it and let it dry.

KillerWeed allows you to blend into the area you are going to be hunting. For example, late season I use only the dark colors that match the cattails at that time of year. I use these colors for the base. I put the green for early season on clips. As the conditions change, I can gradually remove the green and keep the boat blending it well.

Robert,

I used a cinch loop to attach it to the CamoNet on the blind. You can roll it up for highway travel. That is why I chose the KillerWeed over RealGrass. It weighs less then grass sheets and it rolls up easier for travel. Like Rick said, make sure it is dry after each use to avoid mildew and freezing in colder climates.

I agree with Wayne on this one. That blind is amazing. I know this has been asked before, but how many packs of Killer Weed do you have on the boat.

I used about 1 1/2 Boat Blind packages of KillerWeed for my boat. I wanted equal coverage on all 4 sides and the top. The boat is fairly large. It is a 19' Lowe Rough Neck.
