I have a Max4 Avery Neobottle and I lost the cup that screws on the top. Am i able to get the top cup without buying a whole new bottle? Somebody help because i sure would like to be able to warm my throat with some hot fresh coffee!

You can try Customer Service for this part. I know we will not have any in M-4, but you should be able to get one in Shadow Grass or even NatGear.
thanks,

Should it be free because you lost it?

Thank you for the support of our brand. Please feel free to ask anything that you have a question about. I agree with you that the NeoBottle is a necessity on those cold morning and the hot coffee helps to keep you warm.

Give John or Stephen a call at 800-333-5119 and they should be able to hook you up with a new cup for a very small fee. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to give us a shout.

No doubt, Jeff.
The attitude is uncalled for Rick, seriously. It is a customer asking a simple question.
If CS doesn't have one, give me a call at 804-310-7187 and I will give you the top to mine, I have only used it a couple times. It is in Break-Up I think.

I just don't think that something should even be asked for free when it wasn't our fault. It is no disrespect for him. We just don't need everybody that looses a part looking at this post and expecting a free one. Believe me, it happens all the time.
Again, no disrespect to you.
Thanks,

Mr. Frisch,I don't even know you,but I wonder how many things you get for free ? Again;customers, just like this gentleman, pay your salary.I also wonder how many free things you give away to your buyers? If this guy was one of your buyers would it be a different story. So don't get so upset, like if it was given away for free, that it would be coming out of your pocket. To the gentleman that lost his thermos lid,I hope you get a new one asap.

Jerry,
Where does it come from? It would come from the bottom line of the company that does affect my pocket. It may be small to think of one item like this, but where does it stop.
As far as free things go, we all get billed for the stuff we get. We all have sample accounts. We pay for the things we use just like everybody else. The stuff we don't use we return for credit to the account. Every employee can attest to this.
I am not having a bad day or need a vacation. I just don't think it is justified to be asked for free of charge when it was not Avery's fault. I may have worded it badly and I apologize for that.
thanks,

Id say I have to agree with Rick completely on this one. I think many people need to understand that these guys are running a business. Yea Reps. are fun to be around and hang out because sometimes you get free cool stuff but at the end of the day he's hoping that what you got for free entices you to buy more products from the same company. It all comes down to marketing, the less money he spends the more the company makes and as this process continues more money gets put into marketing. Which in turn comes back us the hunters. I hope this makes sense and along with everyone else I mean no disrespect to anyone. I just feel that although is a fun business (IMO) its still a business. Just put yourself in his shoes for a moment.

WOW!! I didnt mean for this to get so out of hand. Again the money is no problem, it was just a simple question. Your not going to get something for free unless u ask. And y not ask, its not gonna hurt. All they can say is no, and that is what Rick said. It is no problem. Thanks to all the pro-staffers for their input.
