How can I become A field staff member?

Ive been aproached by some people and they have been suggesting that I try and become a field staff member. was just wondering what I had to do to become one? Ive been to alot of big seminars and a few calling contests. And hunt every weekend the seasons open. Any ones help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks bernie

You need STICKERS!!!! "meat stick" works well for me.
Then you need LOGOS!!!
Then you need PHOTOS!!!!
It will kill the mallards too.
Just lay off the hens.
ONe hen equals 69 ducklings!
