I just got invited to go on a duck hunt in Missouri. I turned it down because I dont think I have enough money for and out of state liscence and because it is only for two days I was wondering if they offer a 48 hour waterfowl permit like Kansas does. I went on to the Cons. Depts website and saw that they have a small game hunting permit for 11.00 a day that was ok for waterfowl, but said you also needed the migritory bird permit. If I got the small game permit and the Migritory bird permit along with my federal that I already have Would I be safe hunting waterfowl in the state of Missouri

yes.I believe you would be fine.
I am from Iowa and we hunted in Missouri over Thanksgiving weekend. You need a Daily small game hunting permit for $11.00 a day. We hunted for 3 days so it cost us $33.00 each for 3 days. You also need a Migratory Bird Hunting permit for $6.00. A total of $39.00 for each one of our hunting party. Pretty fair!

Missouri is one of the best places to go for an out of state hunt. Licenses are very reasonable!
