oklahoma ice and mallards

We had a ice storm come through last week, we were out of power for a week, it was unreal the damage. but it sure did push in the mallards, hunted 5 days, kill 125 mallards.

I think everyone needs to follow thier local laws thats all.

i agree but how do you know that they didnt give some away and eat a lot of them?? im not trying to start an argument but all im saying is no need to bash someones hunting. i heard it to much, o nice hens, o that deer wasnt outside the ears, ect ect ect....

haha, a lil hard.... the least amout of hunters we had 6 hunters every trip, we know the law we didnt break it but good try.... and yes we eat a lot of ducks...

Looks like a good week , I also spent a week without power ,but when we had time to hunt it seemed like we had lost alot of ducks when the ice hit us.Glad to see someone was having a good hunt .

Way to shoot them up. We shoot tons and tons of birds too, we just breast them out and give them to elderly peeps in my neighborhood. Once in a while they give me a box of shells or 2 for the meat. Works out great!!!! Congrats on the band

Why do people care about if you shoot hens?????? I shot my two hens every time I go one, because they band more hens then drakes, and two because if you shoot only drakes it's gonna be like deer and your gonna have waaaaaaaay too many females to the males. Its population managment
