Quickset Blind Question

I just installed a new Quickset blind on my boat. The windblocker has some elastic loops and "T" straps located along the top where the velcro is. The instructions make no mention of this. Anybody know what they are for or how they are intended to be used?
I watched the online install video, but that is for the old style Quickset blind. Any help would be greatly appreciated......

I think it is for rolling up the CamoNet and WindBlocker, but I will defer to Chris Smith for the ultimate answer.

Those straps are there to secure the WindBlockers in the up position if you wish to roll them up. I personally have never used them, but they are there if you need them. I hope that helps... I helped a friend put one on his boat. the directions need to be fixed, it is confusing to say the least. that video isn't any help. calls to CS didnt help much, two calls for same thing got two different responces?:confused: finally went and took pics of one at the boat launch and asked them how to do it. once it got on it works great. Its just a nightmare to get on with the directions that come with it
