HELP!! Broken Dog Blind?

My brother bought a GHG Low-Profile dog blind in August from Cabelas in Kansas City. This last weekend my little brother was putting it together and broke 1 of the top bars where it is welded. The problem is when we put the box in my Dads shop it got threw away along with the packing slip. So we are wanting to know what we can do to get it fix? Thanks for any help!!!
