Just wanted to voice a complaint about customer service. On 12/17 I called to order some new Lesser Motion Stands and a part for my finisher. In talking with the service rep, all the items were available and upon concluding the conversation I was told the items would ship 12/18. Hadn't recieved my items, and hadn't seen a charge on my card yet, so I call in to see if my items had shipped. Well they still hadn't shipped, today I was told that the items weren't in stock when I placed my order, then after discussing this situation I was told it didn't ship because of year end inventory. Now I am out 3 weeks of not shipment, and at least another week of waiting until it ships on monday. I am unable to use my equipment because of this, and my season is rapidly approaching an end.

I use Avery/GHG decoys because I believe in them, I think the products avery puts out are top notch. My complaint is in the customer service, not taking care of it's supporters. I was lied to at least twice on this order, and these occurrances shouldn't be tollerated. In the end I wanted to voice a concern with Avery's customer service.

Don't feel bad I had to order piece that broke on my finisher (lower arm bracket) I order it last January and it took until mid of June to get the piece. It's funny because I talked to the rep. about any problems with this part and he said no. I thought it was odd because I know alot of people that had this same problem with this piece breaking. Once I got the part which was just like the old part, My one buddy ordered the same piece and they change it from a one piece plastic part to a two piece aluminum part. Pretty odd that they changed the material if they are not having problems with the part. Oh and I had to reoder the part also because the 1st rep didn't put in the computer. Do get me wrong I love avery products I think there one of the best on the market and I recommend avery products to any body getting into waterfowl hunting. I think the customer service needs to do alittle better job servicing it customers that buy there product.

I understand your complaint and need for the parts, though I can't speak for this isolated incident, I'm sure the Rep did not give the wrong info on purpose. Unfortunately mistakes are to be made, as I'm sure we all make them on a daily basis. The info transpiring around there I'm sure is crazy around inventory time as I know it is around my work that time of the year. If you can't get the stands or need more in the future give me a hollar, I have a bunch I don't use and would give to you. Hopefully you get your items and get back to the field to wear 'em out. Good Luck

We are terribly sorry for your inconvenience. As Jeremy said, I'm sure it was a mistake and not a lie but I understand that that doesn't help you much. We appreciate your support and hope that you can see past this incident. I will call tomorrow to double check the availability.

Scott-

How many bases or stakes do you need? I've got a bunch extra of both you could use/have. Give me a call if need be and I could meet you somewhere with em....

Sorry for your delay in getting that order-

KD

I don't believe that any of this incident was done on purpose at all. I understand that there is a level of "chaos" around this time of year. The only thing that really bugs me is that we discussed the availability of the items, and then there was zero notification that there would be a delay. I hope this is an isolated incident that was a product of the season, and not something that is a common occurance. I believe in the products, and feel Avery makes the best waterfowling equipment out there. Just hoping the customer service gets shored up.

Jeremy and Kevin thanks for the offer. My items are supposed to ship monday, and hopefully that will happen. If not Kevin, I may take you up on your offer to borrow some of those from you.

Also Kevin, March 8 is the GJ Duck Banquet, so clear your calender.

Thanks guys.
