Anyone going to the PF National Conference at St. Paul River Centre? It should be a great time. There will be lots of vendors there, including some Avery dealers.
Reeds will be there, carrying upland hunting supplies and dog products from Avery.
Here is the link. The event is the 18th 19th and 20th of January. If you go, stop by the Reeds booth and say hi. Myself and Ben Cade will be there, and we would like to meet you.

There seems to be a lot going on this month between PF and DU in MN. I might have to swing down there for that if I have some free time.

Stupid name for an organization. Pheasants have been in NA for about 150 years, hardly forever. Try sharptails forever, or prairie chickens forever.

The object of the organization is keeping phesants forever. Don't read so much into a name, its a good organization that funds a lot of good projects.

They are not native. Why should we work to keep them around forever? I'm just saying the organization might be better suited helping native gamebirds.

If you don't agree with an organization, don't support it. It's your choice.

Aix- Conservation and saving, restoring habitat is good for all species, not just pheasants with PF, Ducks with DU, quail with QU, turkeys with NWTF and so on and so on.
I shoot more pheasants off of waterfowl management areas in Minnesota per year than I do private land. It is all good, and any organization dedicated to helping preserve can't hurt. We may not agree with everything they do, or want to do all the time, but, we have the choice then to no longer support them.
PF is a good organization, and the pheasant enjoys serious status as one of the most popular upland birds in North America.

One of the dumbest comments I've ever heard!

Thanks for the hard work, Mark. Let us know how the sales of the upland products go.
