Starting a Goose Shoot!!

I live in North Central North Dakota and i am part of the Chamber of Commerce here. I am slowly getting started on getting a big goose shoot for the 08 waterfowl season...what are some of the methods used to use land from farmers and how people set these up and just a little information would be greatly appreciated...i am planning on all of the money going to our local game cleaning station.
