What are the ups and downs of leasing land for hunting?

a positive is if you do it with just a few friends you can kind of hold a property to just you and your buds, a con is one of your friends might go in there by himself and shoot the whole place out

Or if you lease but there is a guy that farms it, the crops can be a con, but you could probably build a pit or something.
