Dog vest sizing question?

I've got a female lab that measures out at 19" on the neck, 32" on the chest. Right between the XL and 2XL size. I know that the chest measurement is the most critical. What size would you all recommend? I am leaning toward the 2XL, but I am afraid that the neck opening will be too big. Thanks for the help!

Trax....Not to over complicate this....but in your scenario it depends on what model your buying. The 3MM vests stretch easier than say our Boaters Dog Parka which is 5MM.

You are looking for as tight a fit as you can get (within reason). If I was buying a 3mm I'd go XL...I'd bump up a size if I was buying 5MM. Make sense?

Like Justin said a lot depends on which model vest your buying.



For example in the 3mm vest my pooch wears a large For the boaters vest she wears an XL. Proper fit is very important in terms of comfort and function. I know at many of the Cabelas stores you can actually bring the dog in the store to ensure a proper fit. Also some trimming might be needed around the leg openings to prevent any chafing or Rashes.
