I was wondering how these hats fit compared to the older style hats, such as the ones Macks is selling right now? I guess I have a bigger head than most people, because the old hats didn't fit me at all. It is hard to describe but they weren't "deep" enough. They didn't come down far enough on my head, leaving about an inch and a half to 2 inches of space before my ear. I like my hats to be closer to my ear. Anyone know if these hats fit deeper?
Thanks

The new KW-1 hat that I have is cut deeper. My dad had the same problem and the new Avery 12 oz. oil cloth hat he has fits much better. I'm pretty sure the new ones are cut deeper. They are much more comfortable!!

Hi Ellis:

We didn't stock the older caps until they were on their way out, so I'm no expert on how the new caps fit compared to the old ones. We do have a couple of local customers who mentioned the shallow fit of the older caps, and both said the newer caps fit a lot better and came down closer to their ears.

If you've got a big head, the fitted caps run really large. They come in Large and XL, and the large size is too big for a lot of people. It's going to take a serious cranium to fill out the XL. Here's the link to them:

http://search.stores.ebay.com/RC-Store_piquet_W0QQfciZQ2d1QQfclZ4QQfsnZRCQ20StoreQQ fsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQftsZ2QQsaselZ101600882QQsofpZ0

We have a no-questions-asked return policy, so if anyone would like to try them and turns out they don't fit or they don't like the way they fit, just send them back with the tags still on and you'd only be out the shipping. We can also fit a whack of these hats (about 8 of them) into a USPS Flat-rate box to save you a bundle on shipping. Finally, for anyone who doesn't normally buy on eBay and already have an eBay account, our phone numbers and e-mail address are on the ads, and we also take credit cards, including AMEX. So just call or e-mail if you'd like to order directly.

Thanks,

Bobby and Kim

Thanks Bobby.

The new caps are cut deeper for the reasons stated above. It is not a bunch, but they do come down farther.

I can't believe how the pink one is selling. I would have never thought they would be that hot.

The fit you are talking about is the crown size, our baseball hats two years ago had a low crown and then my summer team had a high crown and there was a significant difference, I would probably say, from how everyone is talking, the old caps were a low crown and the new ones are a medium, which is what most caps are. Hope this helps

You guys will be happy with how the new hat styles fit. Both the fitted and adjustable hats fit great.

So, i'm a guy that normally wears a 7 & 3/8 fitted hat. Which hat should I buy? In your listing it says the XL is for 7 & 3/8 and bigger, but most people usually fit in the L. Do you have any insight on this? Are they stretch fit and a size large would probably work? I don't wanna get the wrong size because I won't wear it!

Thanks

Hi Garvdog:

I believe the large fitted had would fit you. There's not a lot of stretch in them. I see you're in SD---we're near Ipswich (west of Aberdeen). If you're anywhere near us you can stop by and try them. Even if you're not closeby, it sure wouldn't cost much for you to send it back if it doesn't fit.

Thanks,

Bobby and Kim

I have a friend of mine that wears a 7 1/2 fitted hat and the xl fits him great. He was glad to see a hat that actually fit him good.

I have a bucket and the old ones didn't fit me very well. The new ones are perfect!
