-Ive heard of this happening before. I never thought it would happen to me.
-The paint is comin off on 2 dz dekes that I bought at the same.
-The foot bases were my fault I was huntin in a ice storm and the dekes froze to the ground, when I went to pick them up I had to break the bases to get em home. I wish I would have just took the bases off.
-Even the flocking on a few is fallin off.
Can someone help please?

Looks like they were left out in the weather for a season, or an extended period of time atleast. If that's what happened, DON'T DO THAT!

They werent left out, you can see where they were kept. I put them in that shed everytime I use em. You can see the bigfoots are just fine. The paint just didnt hold on the pro grades. Isnt there an email or someone I can send these too.

To me, it looks like the way you are storing them in the trailer is causing the problem. It looks like the flocking is rubbed on the backs (the upside down ones) and sides from the two rubbing together. The flocking is like a sliver in your hand. It sticks up in the glue and will matte down when rubbed against something else repeatedly.

I am not a customer service person. The best way for you to handle this is to give them a call at 800-333-5119.

Thanks,

Like Rick said, just give customer service a call and let us know how it turns out. If you have the info that is needed, you should be good.

I've been down this road and what a circle jerk that was! I kept all my deeks in their bags since day one, stored nicely in my trailer and after a few hunts paint was flaking off. I could take my fingernail and easily rub it right off. I was told they probably didn't bake long enough after the paint proscess. (THEIR PROBLEM) After fowarding photos and many emails Avery wouldnt stand behind their product (MY PROBLEM NOW). Hands down I believe they have one of the best systems on the market as far as decoys go. I just wish they had the customer service to match. I guess thats what we get for having the things manufactured in China. (not to mention giving the jobs away)

As Big Sky said I to have been down this road. I had 8 dozen duck floaters,1 dozen specks, 2 dozen honker full body and 3 dozen blue's I sent emails, pictures, and lots of frustration and in the end got nuthin!!! Great looking products, poor customer service..... And if you really think about a one year warranty... thats only about 15 days or so for the average person
GOODLUCK you will need it ......
