Creativity is the name of the game on that one, I believe some pics and a small detail write up on how it was constructed is all that is needed for an entry if I remember correctly.

I know they had some of the winners in the last catalog. Check there website. Last year it was sponsored by FA

I was really wondering if Avery is looking at profiable ideas,.. or just plain good ideas.
