Call them up, they are ready to fire them our way from what I've been told.

Someone should give us some soundfiles of the Double Mag and the new Open water though.

It would be a appreciated, when my dm comes in I will gladly do it if asked, but until then. Anyone, good, bad, or anywhere in between.

Yeah, I blew them both. I am a big fan of the DM, but if you are hunting over big water...then the other is for you! That thing had my ears bleeding(hail calls).:p

I just got my Open Water in Orange Marbleade this last week. You can STAND on that call. It is a very fast call.

so i have a power hen and ph2.... do i need a dm ph2 or an open water?
if so why? or shound i sell off one and up grade?? I hate dropping $100 for more calls if what i have works.

If you need to reach out there and bring them in, and prefer a double reed, the double magnum is the way to go. The regular ph2 is perfect for in close and times you don't need to ring one off at em.

I have a need for both of them, so they are both on my lanyard.

the only way u need to spend more money is if u are getting in a comp otherwise u are wating money.

If the new open water is anything like the old one it is more responsive than a normal power hen, they are great to have and if you can truly ring it would be a great addition to your current calls, im not sold on the DM-2 yet. Even with a short test run.
