how are canvasback numbers down nearly 50 percent? did i miss a major disease or virus/bacteria/poaching event? something seems flawed here....i guess i will have to read all 25 pages before i jump to any conclusions though!

Canvasback harvest limits were increased to two birds/hunter/day last year. They got worked over pretty good in the SE on the coast as well as late season in the power plant lakes full of hydrilla.
