Into The Hole Of No Return!

Saturday we hunted a small pond that is in a deep gully and surrounded by trees. Once the ducks get down into the water hole there is very little chance they will make it out when there are two guys armed with 8 shot Benelli's waiting in the blind overlooking the pond. It was great fun for a change, but not the hunting I would want to do all the time as the poor old Mallards just did not stand a chance once they seen our GHG dekes and dropped down into the "hole off no return"!

There are a few places out west like this. It is almost unfair if you think about it but I love watching them come into holes like this. Nice work!
