I found some Avery Videos with Fred Zink on the DU website.
www.ducks.org/groundblind
They are about brushing a new ground blind.
Are there any other videos out there, I certainly can't find any. Were they on a DVD that came with the blinds?

Pretty cool deal. I'll have to try painting my finisher. I usually just end up with mud, but it sounds like painting will give it a more permanent "old" look.

Paint is the only way to go in my book. The only time I mud is when its a muddy field and we are trying to match the soil color and there is little or no stubble.

I agree, that's why I'm looking for some more of the videos.
These seems to be put together by Avery (a lot of logos, etc).
But that's the only place I can find them.
Hopefully, someone from the Pro-staff or the company can point us towards others.

We have been working on product tip videos, and it looks as if Wade used some for a recent article. Great info.

That is a great tip. I have started painting all of my blinds versus mudding them. It looks great and holds up better than the mud.

I like painting better also. It holds betters and you don't have to worry about dust getting into your eyes.

That's it. I am sending all my blinds to Fred to have the KillerWeed put on. That is the bomb how he got the KillerWeed to stand up like real stubble.
Thanks for sharing the link.

Well, I hope this doesn't get me kicked off the forum. It's constructive.:)
Avery - UPDATE your website!
Maybe these mystery videos are part of a big unveiling, one can only hope. It looks like some great stuff, but you can't find it.
If I go to AveryOutdoors.com - Click on "Blinds and Accessories", I get a page that includes
Avery Layout Blind Snow Covers
Brand new for 2003, we have added tailored Snow Covers for each of our layout-style blinds just so you can disappear more easily in snow covered fields.
That is five seasons old! Hopefully that's just an oversight. I didn't visit the page in 2003 to know either way.
None of the "Enlarge Image" buttons work. The blind pages are from 2004 and 2005.
I know there is new information about the fine Avery products, I just can't find it!
Please let us know someone is working on it.....
