Is any one familiar with these rounds? There is a place in town selling them for $11.99 a box.

They are not bad, I shot them most of last season. Thats a decent price, I know that Cabelas sells those same shells for like $17.00 or $18.00 a box. So if I were you I would stock up....

I've tested them quite a bit. Did not like the larger shot as it patterned poorly through multiple chokes. #4's performed beautifully on ducks and closely decoyed geese. For 11.99 a box, which is less than premium steel with 94% the density of lead I would buy them out.

Thanks for the post. We are limited to 1 1/4 oz #2's cause thats all they have. They should be a step up from standard steel.

i heared really good things about them never shot them but with a buddy t ht was and dropped a goose easy at 50 maybe more yards

They are cheap. Nothing is going to be cheap soon. Gotta get it while we can.
